Amazon return pickup from your door

Skip the drive to UPS or Kohl's. Bettr picks up your Amazon returns from your door and takes eligible packages to the appropriate drop-off destination. Your final price is shown before payment.

Does Amazon pick up returns from your home?

Amazon may offer carrier pickup for some returns. Bettr is a separate local pickup service: you prepare the return using the instructions in your Amazon account, then Bettr collects it during the pickup window you select.

How to schedule an Amazon return pickup with Bettr

  1. 1. Start your return in Amazon. Follow Amazon's instructions and make sure the return provides a QR code or prepaid label that Bettr can use.
  2. 2. Book a Bettr pickup. Choose Returns, confirm your address and return method, then select an available pickup window.
  3. 3. Leave the packages at your door. Prepare each package as instructed. We collect it and provide status updates and drop-off proof when available.

Where Bettr currently picks up

Regular service is available in Fairhope, Daphne, and Spanish Fort. Foley, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach are served on scheduled South Baldwin routes every Monday and Thursday. The booking app confirms availability for your ZIP and address.
